Rates do not included VAT established by the Monaco Authorities (actually 20%). In case of modifications of VAT rates, Publi Créations reserves the right to inform the Client and readjust quotes.

  • B2B and B2G meetings (on Friday 15th, meetings to be booked in advance)
  • Access to the Educational Workshop  (on Friday 15th, workshop with limited seats to be booked in advance)
  • Welcome Reception (on Wednesday 13th)
  • Lunch and Refreshments during breaks

 


PAYMENTS

Payment could be done by Credit Card: we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations
(su-meet@publicreations.com ).

Before 25 July 2019 all fees will be refunded minus 50 Euro + VAT for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting.

After 25 July 2019:
no refunds will be made

Name Changes
Name changes made before November 10th, 2019are free of charge.
Name changes made on site will be charged 50 € + VAT each.

Refund in case of VISA refusal
In case of VISA refusal (documentation needed) communicated within November 10th, 2019 registrations fees will be refunded minus 50 Euro + VAT for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting.


VISA LETTER

May you need an invitation letters for Visa request please fill in the information HERE

Visa request are more likely to be accepted if completed with the registrations fee invoice (and eventually hotel invoice) that we will promptly send to you as soon as we receive the registration fee payment.
