During the registration process, attendees will be invited to provide their profiling information.
Few weeks before the conference a web platform would be opened to offer to the confirmed attendees the possibility to fix B2B and B2G meetings with their targets.
Each attendee, using a unique user and password, could access the platform, scroll the list of other attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, access their profiles, and ask for private meetings.
Going on the platform with his user and password the receiver of the invitation may accept or refuse the invitation or propose a different timing.
At the end of the process the participant will have built his / her “personal agenda” where he / she can see all the appointments confirmed, refused or pending.
B2B and B2G meetings could be held throughout the Summit in the private “Hospitality Suites” that could be rented by Sponsors, Government Bodies, Companies, Foreign Investment Agencies, etc. for everybody and on the afternoon of Thursday 14 November when no other sessions will be organized at the same time.
